Emotox Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Electrical components (controllers, displays, throttles, batteries) are final sale once removed from packaging — please verify compatibility before opening.

We do not accept returns on cut cables or items damaged during attempted installation.

To initiate a return: Email us first at emotox21@gmail.com to receive an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
